How can I place an order?

1. Send us a "Quote Request".

2. Approve the quote to receive an invoice.

3. Send a non-refundable down payment of 50% on the due date.

How can I make payments?

A down payment of 50% is required to place an order and must be paid within 3 days of the invoice being sent.

To receive the order, the remaining balance must be paid 48 hours before the pick-up or delivery

(For our safety, we do not receive electronic payments on the same day of pick-up or delivery).

Payments are not refundable or transferable to other orders or dates due to cancellation or date exchanges.

If an order is placed 8 days before the day of the event, it is considered urgent, therefore a rush fee will apply.

What is the typical time needed to place an order?

6 weeks in advance for custom orders and 4 - 6 months in advance for wedding cakes.

(Dates are subject to availability and can be fully booked suddenly. Place your order on time).

We offer delivery service within the Houston area with an extra cost.

Don't forget to attach the address in your quote request to get the cost.

where can I pick up my order?

We are located in Pasadena, TX, but we will provide our address in your invoice.

What time can I pick up my order?

​The pick-up time must be agreed upon one week in advance or at least 2 business days before your event.

How can I pick up my order?

We will provide you with our recommendations for "The Cake Care" and the pick-up instructions in your invoice.

Do you have a storefront?

Not at the moment. we only receive pre-orders,

What happens if I don't like the fondant taste?

Some designs need fondant. but if you're not a fondant lover, don't worry, we always use buttercream underneath the fondant to improve the taste and keep the moisture in your cake. Our fondant is made from scratch but if the design allows, we can use buttercream or whipped cream and only fondant for decorations.

Do you offer tastings?

Not at the moment, soon we will be offering this option. Stay tuned.

Do you receive rush orders?

For custom cakes, cookies, or sweet treats:

This depends on our availability. If we can take your order, we will apply a rush fee. 8 days in advance is considered a rush (urgent) order because the most recommended time to place an order is 6 weeks in advance.
